Directly adjacent to the living room, the dining room has seating for 8 and a bar area fully equipped with martini, wine, champagne & shot glasses along with a martini shaker & tool set. The fully-loaded kitchen has everything you need and more so you can prepare all the meals your heart desires. Small appliances include a complete Ninja blending system with food processor, a hand mixer, and a toaster. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning from the Keurig or drip coffee machine, complementary coffee, creamer & sweetener. Or if tea is your vibe, we got you covered with an assortment of herbal teas. Walk out onto the private patio where your private oasis awaits! Shade is provided with the overhead sail shade and the bistro lights will amplify the cozy vibe when night falls. A U-shaped couch for lounging, a dining bar with 4 stools (perfect for morning breakfast or drinks at happy hour), a large 55” smart TV and a private hot tub make the outdoor space a vacationer’s dream. Upstairs you will find 2 master suites - both with 65” Roku TVs and en suite bathrooms. The master suite bathroom features a standing shower and double sink vanity. The guest suite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Both suites have large, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, clothes storage & blackout drapes. The built-in countertops and accompanying chair in each bedroom can be used as dedicated workspaces or a vanity/getting ready station. 2 additional sleeping arrangements can be made from the chair & ottoman that fold-out into single beds.
