Other Details to Note

**PLEASE NOTE - the swimming pool is NOT heated. Pool water temps are typically in the 30’s - 70’s September - May. The pool can be comfortably enjoyed during the summer months (late May, June, July, August, early September). There is a removable fence which can be put up for the safety of our younger guests - please let us know at the time of booking if you would like the pool fence up.

House Rules 1. Noise: Outdoor noise is limited after 10pm. Please be respectful of neighbors. Noise violations will result in a fine. There is a noise level detector located in the house as well to mitigate parties per the owner and strict Air BB Party ban. 2. Glass: Please limit glass outside to avoid breaking. We have provided plastic barware 3. Smoking only permitted outside: Please put all cigarettes and cigars out in the provided ash trays. 4. TOILETS Toilet paper and feminine products ONLY 5. Clean up after yourself, any stained or damaged items may result in extra charges Safety: Water shut off: back of the house- pull red lever up to horizontal Fire extinguisher: Under kitchen sink First aid kit: Under kitchen sink Pool Rules: No swimming alone No diving No swimming under the influence No glass around the pool Check out List • Check out time is 11:00am (15min late will result in a $25 charge, 30min late will result in a $50 charge unless otherwise negotiated) • Please tidy up and leave the house how you found it (for the most part) • Please leave all used beds unmade so the cleaners know which linens to launder • Pick up all trash, bottles, cigarette butts, etc. (Cigarette butts on the ground will result in a $10 penalty per cigarette). • Lock all exterior doors • Load dirty dishes into dishwasher and run o Please take trash out • Empty recycle into the pink bins on side of house (NO GARBAGE BAGS IN RECYCLE BIN)

The house is in a quaint and friendly neighborhood, 1.3 miles from Old Town Scottsdale. It’s conveniently located by Chestnut Park and the Hayen Green Belt Park, as well as public tennis courts and sand volleyball courts.

Guests will have access to the entire home (minus a locked closet and cabinet) including the private, fully enclosed backyard, private outdoor pool and 1-car garage.

This was a great home to stay in! We loved the open layout of the living room & kitchen, and the backyard space was amazing. Everything was super clean when we arrived. Rebecca was very responsive any time we had a question. The location was ideal, especially for anyone who wants to be very close to miles of running/walking trails (also this place is walking distance from a city gym, tennis courts, and basketball courts). Loved the home and would definitely return!
