The condo features 2 large bedrooms both with their own attached bathrooms, spacious walk-in closets with ample storage space, 2 dedicated workspaces (one in each bedroom) to tackle all your “work from home" tasks, a cozy living room, an elegant dining area with seating for 6, a fully-loaded kitchen with pantry, a private patio offering breathtaking views of the gorgeous desert and the 9th hole of the TPC, complete with a lounging and dining area. Enjoy a refreshing swim year-around in the heated, community pool (heated to 84 degrees) or a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a fun-filled day of golf, hiking, shopping or exploring in the Arizona desert. The master bedroom, en suite, is furnished with a king-sized bed, remote-controlled ceiling fan, full-length mirror, wall-mounted smart TV (cable TV included) and a dedicated workspace complete with desk, monitor, printer & ergonomic chair. The attached private bathroom features a double sink vanity with counter to ceiling mirrors, a private toilet room and an enormous walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The huge walk-in closet has multiple hanging bars, hangers and a large dresser for storage. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, remote-controlled ceiling fan, dedicated workspace with chair, a large walk-in closet with shelving unit, hanging bars and hangers, and an attached bathroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, a double sink vanity and a bidet (for that oh so fresh feeling!). Down the hallway to the garage you will find a full-sized washer and dryer complete with laundry essentials & the entrance to the private, attached 2-car garage to keep your vehicle safe and out of the elements. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made with the air mattress or twin-sized roll-away bed located in the master closet. Additional linens, pillows & blankets are available.
