The large, wall-mounted smart TV & Roku will allow you to stream all of your favorite programs, sports events or music and the fireplace is perfect to cozy up next to with a book during the Arizona winter nights. The newly remodeled, spacious and fully-loaded kitchen has ample counter space for preparing and serving meals, new stainless steel appliances, spices and cooking oil, a coffee and tea nook and a long breakfast bar with stools which are perfect for a quick breakfast or for a serving area. The dining room, directly adjacent to the kitchen, seats 10-12 people so your entire group can dine together. The laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer complete with laundry essentials like detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. Open up the double glass patio doors in the dining room for direct access to the large, covered patio. The backyard space opens up to the dining area which features a table for 6, wall-mounted, smart TV, a large bar with built-in drink cooler to keep all of your beverages ice cold, & plenty of bar stools and counter space for the entire group! The built in gas grill is directly adjacent to the dining space making serving your favorite BBQ meals a breeze (a small charcoal grill is also available). Outdoor games will keep everyone entertained and the pool-side loungers and sun umbrellas will allow you to enjoy as little or as much sun as you like. In the evening, toast some smores (or just get yourself toasty!) next to the outdoor firepit or take a relaxing soak in the large hot tub! The downstairs level of the home features a large game room with wall-mounted smart TV, pool table, lots of board games, wet bar, plenty of seating and a super cool grass wall with a neon "good vibes only” sign...the perfect back-drop for all your vacay photos! With room for 8, each prepping station is complete with a pink velvet stool, lighted tri-fold mirror and a heat resistant pad for all your hot tools. The dedicated workspace is located in the downstairs bedroom and is complete with a writing desk, chair and printer to tackle all of your "work from home” tasks. **Pool heating is available. There is a $50/day charge to heat the pool to a max of 85 degrees** This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device which measures the decibel levels in our home.
