The main level features a large, open floor plan with a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and half bathroom. The living room has an extra long L-shaped couch with enough seating room for everyone! The large, wall-mounted smart TV will allow you to stream all of your favorite programs, sports events or music and the fireplace is perfect to cozy up next to with a book during the chilly Arizona winter nights. The newly remodeled, spacious and fully-loaded kitchen has ample counter space for preparing and serving meals, new stainless steel appliances, spices and cooking oil, a coffee and tea nook and a long breakfast bar with stools which are perfect for a quick breakfast or for a serving area. The dining room, directly adjacent to the kitchen, seats 10-12 people so your entire group can dine together. The laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer complete with laundry essentials like detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. Open up the double glass patio doors in the dining room for direct access to the large, covered patio.
